Centrum is well-tolerated alongside most prescription medications, but if you're on thyroid medication (synthroid/levothyroxine), iron supplements, or certain antibiotics, timing matters. We're happy to review your medication list with you.

Yes — taking it with breakfast or lunch reduces stomach upset and improves absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).
