Do you accept UWaterloo and Laurier student health insurance?

Yes — we direct-bill UWaterloo Student Health Plan (Studentcare) and WLU Student Health Plan (Studentcare), so most prescriptions are covered with no out-of-pocket cost at the counter. International students with UHIP are also covered.

Can I transfer my prescription from out-of-province or out-of-country?

From any Canadian province — yes, we coordinate directly with your previous pharmacy. From outside Canada you may need a new prescription from an Ontario-licensed prescriber; we work with student health services at UWaterloo and Laurier to help.

Do you deliver to UWaterloo or Laurier dorms?

Yes — free prescription delivery to UWaterloo Village 1 and other on-campus residences, Laurier residences, and most off-campus student housing throughout Waterloo and Kitchener.

What if I am an international student without OHIP?

International students with UHIP coverage have us as an in-network pharmacy. We also bill private travel insurance and offer cash-pay pricing on common prescriptions. Ask us for a quote — we will help you find the lowest cost option.
