Refills Without the Trip: App, Portal and Free Delivery in Waterloo

2. The Patient Portal (any device)

Prefer not to download anything? The Patient Portal does everything the app does, in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Open the Patient Portal.

3. Call us, any time

Call (519) 578-3000. Our line answers refill requests and messages 24 hours a day, so you can order at 11 at night and we'll have it ready in the morning.

Free delivery to your door

Once your refill is ready, we can bring it to you. Delivery is free for prescriptions anywhere in Waterloo and Kitchener, with no minimum order and no delivery fee. We deliver Monday through Saturday, and orders placed before noon can usually arrive the same day. No signature is needed. Here's how delivery works.

Order it the usual way. We'll contact your prescriber for a renewal and let you know if there's a delay.
